Every day, I get asked a lot of the same questions in the gym and online. So, I decided to sit down and film a video answering the top fitness questions I hear all the time as a trainer.

This isn’t a rapid-fire Q&A or a strict “how-to” guide — it’s me talking through these questions the same way I would with a client.

Why I Made This Video

There’s so much confusing and conflicting advice about training and nutrition out there. My goal here isn’t to overwhelm you with a million “rules,” but to talk through these common questions in a way that makes sense — like we’re having a real conversation after a workout.
